Scenario

Delia Ballmer, a nurse at the agency, meets Sweeney, who confesses to killing his ex-girlfriend. He assaulted her before escaping capture. Ballmer rebuilds her life to confront Sweeney seven years later after he is arrested for another murder. Based on a true crime story. Bodies were dumped in canals in Rotterdam (not Amsterdam) and London... ...and most of the time, that's not possible. Because the ordeal is so intimate and deeply unique to each being. I cried during these four stellar episodes. I was in tears at the end. The victim must remain in their role as victim through anger, rage, and bitterness. The rules of the law rarely operate with empathy. Thank you @kindofblue-78221 for finding the right words, which my limited English skills do not allow. Thank you for bringing this important story to the screen and to Anna Maxwell Martin for bringing such a strong and memorable character to life. Your acting talent is such a wonderful gift to us all.
